Students are afforded the opportunity to learn and establish knowledge of the entire New Testament in order to gain an understanding of the nature and operations of the Kingdom of God, the Church, expected behavioral manifestations of believers/Christians, and scriptural matters that enable living the Kingdom Lifestyle. By necessity, the Bible Knowledge 1 - SBOD 101 course is structured and taught thematically. There's is much to cover in this course and it is possible to complete reading the entire New Testament in a five-module course.
The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the tools, techniques, and background necessary for knowing, understanding, interpreting, and applying the New Testament to everyday life, to facilitate the kingdom lifestyle pursuits. Moreover, the course prepares students to know and discuss intelligently the factual material in the NewTestament.
